Go to https://www.viagogo.co.uk/selltickets
To continue, you need to select the ticket type. In most cases, the options will be e-ticket or mobile transfer. Choose the appropriate ticket type for your listing. Next, select the quantity of tickets you want to sell.
To proceed, you will need to enter the details of your tickets, such as category, row, and seat numbers.
Category: Select the appropriate category that best describes your tickets, such as General Admission, VIP, Balcony, Floor, etc.
Row: Enter the specific row or section of the venue where your tickets are located.
Seat numbers: Provide the seat numbers of the tickets you are listing. If the tickets are general admission or standing, you can indicate "GA" or "Standing" in this field.
Make sure to accurately enter the details of your tickets to provide potential buyers with the necessary information.
Correct, "face value" refers to the original or printed value of a single ticket that you have purchased. It represents the nominal price of the ticket before any additional fees or markups. When listing your tickets, you should enter the face value of each individual ticket you are selling.
When selecting the "About You" option, you should choose the first option available. This typically represents the option that best aligns with your personal details or status. Please refer to the specific options provided in the interface and select the appropriate choice that accurately reflects your information.
In the EU, it's a bit more complicated. If it's not explicitly specified, as it is for US tickets, you'll need to go to viagogo and look at the stadium. If your section is in a side position, you'll need to select both Limited or restricted view
and Side or rear view
(limited or restricted should suffice, but include both to be safe). Also, remember to always select Under 15 accompanied
(dw, it's very difficult to get fined for not having selected it). Here's a quick example. In this type of stadium, I would personally select both "Limited or restricted view" and "Side or rear view" for all sectors 101, 304, 503, and southest ones, as well as for 127, 342, 538, and northest ones.

When listing your tickets for the first time, you will need to enter your personal details. However, please note that this information is generally required for account registration and verification purposes. Once you have provided your details during the initial setup, you typically won't be asked to enter them again for subsequent listings.
When choosing your payout method, you will have several options to consider. It's important to select the method that best suits your needs and preferences. Some common payout methods offered by ticketing platforms include:
Bank Transfer: You can provide your bank account details to receive payouts directly to your bank account. This method offers convenience and allows you to easily access your funds.
PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can opt to receive payouts directly to your PayPal account. This method is widely used and offers flexibility in managing your funds.
After completing the setup and selecting your preferred payout method, you will proceed by adding a payment method for Viagogo. This payment method will be used in case of any penalties or fees that may be incurred.
If there are penalties or charges, Viagogo may either debit the amount from your registered bank account or deduct it from your future ticket sales. The specific details and terms regarding penalties and fees will be outlined in Viagogo's policies and terms of service.
Once you have added the payment method, reviewed all the details, and are confident in the accuracy of your listing, you can proceed to confirm your listing. At this point, your tickets will be officially listed for sale, and you can start monitoring activity and managing any offers received.
Congratulations! Your tickets are now listed for sale, and you can look forward to potential buyers showing interest in your listings.
